Nice to Meet You!

We are the Mann Family, founders of GraceWorks Global.

The Mann Family was established on January 1, 1994 when Allen Mann married Sheree Dickey. God subsequently blessed them, through both birth and adoption, with 4 amazing kids: Stephanie, Joshua, Nathan, and Rachel. In July of 2000, Allen was ordained. He then pastored in 2 churches (in various ministries) until December of 2019, when God called him to begin ministry with GraceWorks Global as a full-time missionary.

Allen is a gifted evangelist and speaker. He is also musically gifted, having been trained with the Phoenix Boys’ Choir and with many years of experience in leading church music, both traditional and contemporary. He also plays the bass guitar and saxophone.

Sheree is a writer for Skitguys.com and is also working on writing children’s curriculum for GraceWorks Global (Pink & Jingle Bible Curriculum). She also enjoys singing and playing the piano or keyboard.

Allen and Sheree’s children are now all young adults. Stephanie and Joshua are living on their own as responsible (and one might say, wonderful) adults. Nathan and Rachel still live at home and though they are working and going to school, they still travel with their parents whenever possible. They are also both musically gifted, playing several different instruments, singing, and even writing worship songs!

The Mann family is available to minister at churches within the United States! They would love to come alongside your church or ministry and help in whatever way is needed! Please contact them using the “Contact Us” link.

“True greatness, true leadership, is found in giving yourself in service to others, not in coaxing or inducing others to serve you.”

Ronald (Ron) G. Mikeworth
Board of Directors

Born and raised (one of nine children) in Robinson, Illinois, Ron graduated from High School in 1964 then attended Eastern Illinois University for three semesters but joined the Army in February 1966. Ron married his childhood sweetheart, Kaye, on Easter Sunday in March of 1967. Ron then attended Infantry Officer Candidate School at Ft. Benning, Georgia, graduating as a 2ndLieutenant in December 1967.  He was deployed to Vietnam in 1969 and was stationed in Japan from October 1979 through August 1983.  During this time Ron and Kaye had three children (two girls and a boy). They were stationed at Ft. Huachuca when he retired from the Army in October 1987 as a Lieutenant Colonel.  While in the Army, Ron attended the University of Arizona receiving a degree in Electrical Engineering.  Further schooling attended while in the Army resulted in a Master of Science equivalent in Telecommunications Engineering and a Masters in Safety and Systems Management. After retiring, Ron worked for a small electronics company in Sierra Vista, AZ as Vice President for Business Development for several years and then deployed to Iraq as a contractor in 2004, establishing Satellite Communications for the Multinational Corps.

Ron and Kaye moved to Payson, AZ in 2002 when Kaye was transferred as the President of a local bank and Ron traveled back and forth to Sierra Vista on weekends until November 2009 at which time he went to work for General Dynamics in Scottsdale as a Security Engineer, finally retiring in February 2016. Through the years, Ron and Kaye attended several different Christian Churches, first in Sierra Vista then in Payson, choosing Ponderosa Bible Church as their Church in 2005 where they served as Deacon and Deaconess as well as in several other mission areas.  They both joined the local camp of the Gideons International in 2011 and continue to serve with them, spreading the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. They now reside, once again, in Southern Illinois.

Tom Cosper
Board of Directors, Secretary

Tom Cosper is a life-long resident of Arizona.  He and Heidi, his wife of over 20 years, currently live in Payson where they are raising their 3 children.  He works full-time as a pharmacist for a home delivery pharmacy in Phoenix and occasionally also works part-time at a local retail pharmacy.  Prior to returning to school to become a pharmacist, Tom worked for a large mutual fund company.  There he progressed through departments ranging from Investor Information and Web Technical Support to high-net-worth services and Education Savings also serving as a trainer.  In his younger years, Tom spent summers working for the Forest Service in various capacities including on an engine-crew, hotshot crew, and in a lookout tower.

Growing up, Tom’s family were not churchgoers, but were believers, and he has always seen God in nature and had an absolute belief in God as the all-powerful Creator and considered himself a “Christian” although it was not the central focus in his life.  This continued largely unchanged through young adulthood until gradually, with much support from Heidi, Tom began to actively seek the truth.  It has been in the last decade though, through reading, prayer, regular attendance at Ponderosa Bible Church and the encouragement, influence, and inspiration of Pastor Allen Mann that Tom finally came to fully accept Jesus Christ as his Savior.Going forward, Tom is committed both to raising his children in the church and to growing in his own knowledge of God’s Word and the ability to share his belief with others.  Seeing the commitment and passion Pastor Allen and his family have for missionary work, Tom also feels very strongly that through supporting the efforts of GraceWorks Global he will be helping to bring salvation to many who would otherwise never have had the opportunity.

Edward G. Dubell
Board of Directors, Treasurer

Ed was born in Gloucester City, NJ on January 3, 1937 and graduated from Gloucester City High School in Gloucester City, NJ in July 1954.  He began Mechanical Drafting in Cornwells Heights, PA in February 1956 then moved to Arizona in July of 1961 for the sake of his wife’s health.  He began his 30 year employment with ITT Cannon Electric in Phoenix, AZ in October 1961 as a Draftsman and was promoted throughout the years to Designer, Checker, Senior Designer, Product Engineer, and finally finishing his career as Supervisor of the Design Group.  (ITT Cannon Electric supported the Military and the “Space Race” with special Electrical Connectors and Cable Assemblies.)  Ed served on the Board, and for several years as Treasurer, of the Division’s Credit Union.

In September of 1992, Ed bought property and moved to Wickenburg, AZ where he served as Treasurer for both Calvary Baptist Church and Wickenburg Christian Academy from 1993 to July 2004.  Throughout his years in Arizona, he achieved a 26-year pin with AWANA and a 15-year pin for judging the AWANA Olympic Games.

Ed is presently attending and serving at Ponderosa Bible Church since moving to Payson in July of 2004.

Randy “Coach” Wilcox,
Board of Directors

Randy, better known as “Coach Wilcox”, is somewhat of an icon in Payson, AZ.  Having taught middle school PE for 40 years, (32 of which has been in Payson), it is hard to find a person in the area who does not know him.  His famous “Carry the milk!” motto (encouraging kids to help around the house) has even earned him a spot on the autograph wall at a local dairy store!

Randy graduated from Grand Canyon College in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education.  He then went on to earn a Master’s Degree in counseling from Western New Mexico University.   Randy married his college sweetheart, Christy, in December of 1981 and they have 2 adult children.

Randy accepted Christ at 7 years old and has spent his life serving in many different areas.  He has taught young adult Bible studies, led congregational music in 3 different churches, and is the resident drummer at his home church in Payson.  He also has a huge heart for outreach and evangelism, and has even traveled with Allen to Nicaragua as an invaluable leader at our Nicaraguan Sports Camp!

In his free time he likes to play tennis, ride his quad, work around the house, landscape, hike, and enjoy God’s great creation.  He and his (incredibly patient) wife both recently retired from teaching and are looking forward to new ministries and adventures!

Administration

Phillip V. Dickey

Phil Dickey was born in Oregon, but came Arizona with his family at the age of 6. He served 2 years of active duty in the US Naval Reserve during the Vietnam conflict and met his wife, Joy, during that time. They moved back to Arizona upon his release from active duty in 1972 and raised both of their children in Phoenix. They now have seven grandchildren, all currently living in Arizona.

During his earlier careers, Phil has been a licensed full lines insurance agent and broker, securities (series 6) agent, ASE certified automotive technician, and was, at one time the crew supervisor for 22 employees as partner in a janitorial firm.
